Im going to get straight to the point: -salesmen are patient, not pushy. also helpful and give deeper understanding of car -customer service is great -cars are in good condition -selection of cars is somewhat narrow but is always changing Out of the many dealerships that I have visited, I will proudly say that Gerald has set the standard for what customer service should look like. We all know that customer service involves respect, greeting, and many other bare minimum qualities. But here are my "weird" yet eye catching compliments that I have for this place Bought a Honda Civic 2015 and had a REPUTABLE mechanic check it out and luckily nothing was wrong! What makes this a green flag for me: many independent sellers (whether it be a business, or even just a person) are hard to trust. I've had an experience where I had a car looked at before buying and got told by my mechanic that it was messed around with to make it seem like nothing was wrong. I promise you Gerald Auto Sales is nothing like that. This place wouldn't even dare to put a car out on the lot knowing that it isn't in good condition. I'd also like to add that the salesmen aren't your typical annoying sellers that only care about buying the first thing you see. Like I said, theyre very patient- for I had been looking at their lot for 2 months and came in 6 times sifting through cars to find the right fit Shout out to Ray and Mark for being helpful for the 6 times or more that I had visited to look at cars!

Worked with Mark and when I say that it was a pure joy!!! I was honest about my financial situation and they worked to make sure that I found a vehicle in my price point and that I love. Everyone on the team was so nice and helpful.

I highly recommend coming to get a car from this place ! Thanks to RAY for helping me and my fiancé tyler out with getting a 2015 Nissan Versa🩷. We talked over the phone about financing a vehicle with a down payment of $2,500 . We’ve been to at least 5 dealerships that turned us away but this place was patient, updated us on the application, got an approval and came the next day and left with a car like promised ! a place that doesn’t waste your time , a place that listen and understand people problems and willing to make it work ! and we only been here for an hour ! thank you RAY so much for helping us ! the environment, the customer service was top tier i will definitely be back in the future to purchase another car
