Im going to get straight to the point:
-salesmen are patient, not pushy. also helpful and give deeper understanding of car
-customer service is great
-cars are in good condition
-selection of cars is somewhat narrow but is always changing
Out of the many dealerships that I have visited, I will proudly say that Gerald has set the standard for what customer service should look like. We all know that customer service involves respect, greeting, and many other bare minimum qualities.
But here are my "weird" yet eye catching compliments that I have for this place
Bought a Honda Civic 2015 and had a REPUTABLE mechanic check it out and luckily nothing was wrong! What makes this a green flag for me: many independent sellers (whether it be a business, or even just a person) are hard to trust. I've had an experience where I had a car looked at before buying and got told by my mechanic that it was messed around with to make it seem like nothing was wrong. I promise you Gerald Auto Sales is nothing like that. This place wouldn't even dare to put a car out on the lot knowing that it isn't in good condition.
I'd also like to add that the salesmen aren't your typical annoying sellers that only care about buying the first thing you see. Like I said, theyre very patient- for I had been looking at their lot for 2 months and came in 6 times sifting through cars to find the right fit
